Salman Mohiuddin, FCA, MBA
Partner

Salman has 15 years of diversified experience in the fields of audit & assurance, corporate finance and business advisory. He has worked for more than 7 years in the Big4 firms (KPMG & Deloitte) audit and assurance services departments and got first hands on experience of IFRS serving various clients and helped them implementing these standards. In industry worked for one of the largest conglomerate groups of UAE and worked directly with group CFO as key team member. Developed group internal control policies and instrumental in implementing ERP apart from other responsibilities. Salman is Fellow member of the ‘Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan’ and also holds Global MBA from one of the world’s elite business school ‘Alliance Manchester Business School-UK’. Salman has expertise in financial management, internal controls, budgets & forecasts, financial accounting & reporting (IFRS) and ERP implementations. While working with KPMG & Deloitte he worked on assignments of two largest listed companies of Pakistan and served other industries but not limited to financial sector, insurance, FMCG, manufacturing, real estate, construction , Oil and Gas, telecommunication and Healthcare sector. While working in industry provided him hands on experience in real estate, construction, manufacturing, community & facilities management businesses. He had been involved in providing IFRS training while working for the Big4’s as well as in industry. Salman has a keen interest in the field of Cybersecurity & emerging technologies. Further, Salman was the president of ICAP Chapter Committee of UAE, set up under the umbrella of Pakistan Business Council during which assisted in conducting various professional events including trainings of IFRS and local business laws awareness sessions to institute’s fraternity. Salman is also 'XERO' certified advisor a cloud based software.

KHALID MUSABAH AL GHUTRAIFI
Managing Partner

Mr Khalid Al Ghutraifi is managing partner of the firm and an Omani national. He is a renowned trusted business advisor and has got over 20 years of rich experience in multiple services related discipline including audit, project management and advisory. He also currently serves as board members of various listed companies in Oman and their committees in various capacities including the chairman of those committees like audit committee, remuneration committee etc. He holds a Master’s degree in Social Policy from Australia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Cairo University. Also he is pursuing his Phd in corporate governance & emerging technologies related subject.
